Since I started using this on my yorkie, his gums have become inflamed and the other day bled profusely,I don't know for certain that it's because of the gel,but it's the only thing I've been using that's different,I've stopped using it,and if it clears up I will know for certain.Answer from Medpets
Good morning Vivienne Johnson, Thank you for your product review. It is possible that your dog has had a hypersensitive reaction to the gel, however, we do not usually see this kind of side effect for this product. Should the gums remain red and inflamed after having stopped with the gel, we would advise you to schedule an appointment with your local vet to see if dental cleaning is necessary. Kind regards, The Vetsend Team
