Edgard & Cooper
Edgard & Cooper is made with fresh meat as a protein source and is full of other nutritious ingredients that dogs love. Edgard & Cooper also stands for pure and healthy dog food and is developed in cooperation with the University of Ghent, Belgium. No meat meal, no artificial colourings, no aromas, no preservatives and no sugars. Ten percent of the profits go to dog charities.
Why fresh meat?
Meat is the main ingredient of dog food. Fresh meat is full of useful proteins and these are important for a healthy life. Proteins consist of amino acids. Dogs can produce some of these amino acids themselves, but not all of them. The latter are the so-called essential amino acids that dogs need to obtain from their daily diet. Presently, Edgard & Cooper is the only dog food produced based on fresh meat (instead of meat meal).

One step further than just proteins
In the production of the food, Edgard & Cooper take into account two important parameters when it comes to proteins: digestibility and organic value. The digestibility of a protein refers to how easy or difficult it is for our pets' bodies to process this protein. The organic value indicates how effectively this protein supplies (essential) amino acids.
Prebiotics
Edgard & Cooper contains various prebiotics, including FOS and MOS. These are indigestible fibres that are a source of nutrition for good bacteria and promote a healthy intestinal function.
Suitable for
Edgard & Cooper dry food are suitable for large and small dogs, fat and skinny dogs, and long-haired and short-haired dogs. This diet is suitable for adult dogs only, from the age of 1.
