You may not return the product, for hygienic reasons, if it has been in contact with your pet. If we find that the product has been stained, worn, contains dog hair, smells dirty or washed, the product will not be returned to you. It will then be for the benefit of a charity (local shelter). As we are often confronted with products that are not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to apply these rules for fitting and/or returning.
