    Mikki Muzzle

    The Mikki Muzzle is suitable for dogs which have a tendency to show biting behaviour or to run after other animals. This muzzle is made of supple material and offers a suitable alternative for the traditional dog muzzle. This muzzle has an adjustable strap which makes it easy to attach with a click mechanism. This muzzle can be attached to your dog's collar to avoid your dog from pulling its nose out of the muzzle.

    Use

    To check if the muzzle is correct for your dog, you can put one finger between the muzzle and the nose. When this is possible the dog can still pant, drink and be rewarded. You can also test it by giving the dog a biscuit with the muzzle on. When your dog is unable to open its mouth well, then the muzzle is too tight. If this is the case use the adjustable strap to make it longer. For additional safety, the muzzle can be attached to your dog's collar with the Velcro loop.

    We were told our rescue dog was scared of vets, so we bought this before we went. Ours is a lab/lurcher cross, so we went for 3xl, and it fitted fine. It did the job, and he was fine with vet. You can give small sized kibble with it on, but the dog would not be able to pant, so no hot days or activities which would cause panting. Material is soft, only thing would have liked maybe another strap to keep it in place bit better, otherwise good.

    Excellent service. I wasn’t expecting to receive item so quickly very happy when I found this item on google search. I have never bought a dog muzzle before, I have a staffy who has a vet appointment. They asked for me to muzzle him., He’s not an aggressive dog and I didn’t want to get something that made him look like he was. I have looked everywhere and pets at home had the same item at double the cost. I didn’t want to pay out for a muzzle cause I’ll never use it. I read reviews on the best And cheapest item. And I came across vetsend, I’ve never placed a order with them and like all companies that are new to me I continue with caution. I can honestly say I Am ???? Happy.
