What if the Ruffwear Flat Out Dog Collar does not fit?
To check if the collar fits, you may take it out of the packaging and hold it next to your pet. In this way you can check whether it fits. You may not return the collar if it has been in contact with your pet for hygienic reasons. If we find on return that the product is stained, worn, contains dog hair, smells dirty or has been washed, then the product will not be sent back to you. It will then be donated to a good cause (local shelter). Since we are often confronted with products that are not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to apply these rules for trying on and/or returning them.
