Sensipharm Electrolytes Mix

When horses exercise, when they sweat in extremely hot weather, or when they have diarrhoea, they lose not only water but important nutrients as well. A prolonged or regular deficiency of these nutrients disrupts the body's water and electrolyte balance. The effects of this are sometimes only visible after a long period of time. The effects can be noticed in loss of performance, loss of skin condition, and a lack of energy. By administering the specially formulated Sensipharm Electrolytes Mix for horses, lost nutrients are replenished, allowing the horse to recover fully.

Ingredients of Sensipharm Electrolytes Mix:

Sodium chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium bicarbonate, Sodium citrate, Calcium carbonate, Magnesium oxide, Copper sulphate, Zinc Oxide, Calcium iodate, Selenium, Citric acid, Glycine, Vitamin C, Vitamin E.

The composition of each pellet within this item is the same. However, as this is a natural product, the colour, smell, taste and consistency (denseness) can vary per pellet. It does not contain any chemical additives such as gluten, yeast, colourings, flavourings or other preservative.

Dosage (food supplement):

• Sport and working horses:
  Give 3-6 scoops mixed with food immediately after exertion. It is also possible to dissolve the scoops in a ½ litre of drinking water.
• Horses with a disrupted water and fluid balance:
  The same as sport or working horses, but can be given twice daily if deemed necessary.
