Because of hygienic reasons, you can’t return the product once you’ve put it on your pet. If we see that the product has stains, hairs, smells, or has been worn or washed upon return, it will not be returned to you and will be donated to the local shelter. We are often returned products that are not in a new condition, so we have to apply these rules for fitting and return.
