How it works
The Snuggle Puppy is a soft puppy heartbeat toy that includes a heartbeat simulation and a heat pack. This makes it perfect to snuggle up to, helping your puppy to fall asleep. The Snuggle Puppy can be used in various ways:
Lifelike heartbeat: there is an opening in the Snuggle Puppy's belly for the heartbeat device. Shaped like a heart, this device will mimic a heartbeat that can both be seen and heard. It has a slow and calming tempo to lull your puppy (back) to sleep.
Heat pack: to replicate a mother's warmth. It's often recommended to put a hot water bottle in a puppy's bed to make them feel less lonely. The heat pack of the Snuggle Puppy emits warmth up to 24 hours and helps your pup feel safe and sound. Simply insert the heart into the belly and it'll warm up the stuffed heartbeat puppy toy.
Familiar scent: prepare for the arrival of your new puppy by sending it to the breeder a couple of weeks in advance. When the puppy heartbeat toy is put in with the litter for a while, it will have a familiar scent once you get to take your puppy home. Having that familiar scent will make it much easier to adjust to a new home.

Heat pack
Every Snuggle Puppy contains 1 heat pack. The heat pack can be activated by taking the heat source out. Briefly shake the heat source and allow the contents to mix well. Then place this into the Snuggle Puppy's pouch, together with the heart. It takes about 15 to 30 minutes for the heat source to heat up fully. When the heat source hardens, it no longer gives off any heat and you can throw it out. Because the heat source is made from natural ingredients, it is not harmful for the environment.
If you don't need the heat source for 24 consecutive hours, you can place it in a sealable plastic bag. Squeeze all of the air out of the bag and seal it well. This stops the heating process and allows you to reuse the pack at a later date. The heat packs can be ordered separately as a set of 3.
