The catnip provided with the toy is high-quality North-American catnip. When the smell of the catnip fades, you can replace it. If the toy is dirty, you can machine wash it, but please make sure that the catnip is removed from the toy prior to washing.

To keep the catnip fresh, we recommend that you keep the vial containing the catnip in the freezer.
