What if the Nobby Adjustable Muzzle does not fit?

To check if the product fits, you may remove the muzzle from its packaging and hold it next to your pet. This lets you check the fit. For hygienic reasons, the product cannot be returned if it has come into contact with your pet. If it is returned with stains, signs of wear, hairs, odours, or has been washed, it will not be sent back to you. Instead, it will benefit a charity (local shelter). As we often face issues with products not returned in new condition, we must enforce these rules for fitting and/or returning.
