    two broken metatarsal and to keep his dressing dry I bought two boots to interchange. The first boot lasted a day before it had a hole in the sole. He is only going into the garden so not even walks. The second is now showing signs of wear. I have had to tape both boots across the sole. Even damp conditions soak the material so I won't be buying again.

    This shoe is great for sore paws but only if bandage is used. The fit is larger than the trixie Active. These shoes have soft felt lining ... wonderful against sore paws. If you are not putting bandage on get a smaller size.
