Bucas Recuptex Therapy Light Spine

Bucas Recuptex Therapy Light Spine is a blanket that has been specially designed to help prevent and/or support the healing of various medical problems in your horse. These conditions include arthritis, kissing spine, sore muscles, tissue damage or other pains. Because the bottom strip of the blanket is made of mesh, this blanket is light-weight and very airy.

How it works

The Bucas Recuptex Therapy Light Spine is made of fine stainless steel yarn. This material works as a Faraday cage, where the top, padded Recuptex part of the blanket reflects the magnetic fields in your horse's body. The maintenance of these fields stimulates blood circulation and the oxygen supply in the body and in your horse's back. This may contribute to the reduction of the swelling and inflammation, which in turn may contribute to a faster recovery.

Use

We recommend that you use the blanket for two hours before and two hours after riding, and extend this use if necessary. You can also leave the blanket on the horse's back 24/7 if needed, but we recommend that you slowly increase the wearing time of this therapy blanket. The blanket's material helps to warm up the horse's muscles. The blanket can also prevent the horse sweating when it wears the blanket for an extended period of time.

What if the Bucas Recuptex Therapy Light Spine doesn't fit?

The Bucas Recuptex Therapy Light Spine can be removed from the packaging and held up next to your horse in order to check whether it fits. For hygiene reasons, the Bucas Recuptex Therapy Light Spine cannot be returned if it has come into contact with your horse. If we find that the returned Bucas Recuptex Therapy Light Spine is stained, worn, contains horse hair, smells or has been washed after use, we cannot return the product to you. In this event, it will be donated to a charity (local shelter). As we are often confronted with Bucas products that are returned in a less than new condition, we have to apply these rules for fitting and/or returning products.
