Secure Online Shopping
Here you will find all of the information about what Vetsend do to ensure that you have a safe, secure and reliable online shopping experience.
The shopping basket and checkout pages are all loaded securely. This can be seen by the green padlock and https in the address bar. Any and all information provided and exchanged is sent to us via a secure connection using an SSL encryption protocol. An https connection means that all of the communication between your browser and the website are encrypted and this data cannot be detected, interfered with, or used by any third party. Vetsend has been approved by Comodo CA Ltd, the security verification company.
To ensure the security of online payments, MasterCard, Visa and American Express use 3D Secure Technology, which requires the credit card holder to provide an additional safety code. These are called MasterCard SecureCode, Verified by Visa and American Express SafeKey, respectively.
When placing an order by telephone, your credit card details will not be written down or stored.
Vetsend is affiliated with Trustpilot, one of the largest online collectors of customer reviews for online retailers. Our Trustpilot page shows how customers rate our website, service and shopping experience (from placing an order to delivery). A few days after placing an order, you will receive a Trustpilot email asking you to review Vetsend.co.uk and your experience. We greatly appreciate any and all feedback on Trustpilot as we can use this to improve the online shopping experience.
If you have received the wrong order, please contact our customer service team before posting your review on Trustpilot, so that our Customer Service team can take action right away. Trustpilot is a website used to review online retailers and, therefore, is not an official way of reaching our Customer Service.
The statutory warranty applies to any purchases from Vetsend, more information can be found in Article 12 of the Terms & Conditions. This warranty entails that a product complies with its description and as such the product is what reasonably could be expected of it.
