Deliveries within the UK are made by DPD. Your parcel will be delivered to the provided delivery address or DPD Pickup Shop. Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link, allowing you to track your order as it is on its way to you. After dispatch, your parcel will be delivered to the specified address within three working days (Monday through Friday).
Delivery to Address
Deliveries within the UK are made by DPD to the provided delivery address within 2-3 working days, subject to availability. DPD delivers parcels from 8am to 6pm on working days. You will receive an email from DPD with the time and date of delivery.
If you are unable to be in to sign for your parcel it is possible to leave instructions for the delivery driver at the checkout using the "Delivery instructions" box. This will allow the driver to leave the parcel somewhere safe for you to collect or find your house more easily. Examples of instructions include "If out, leave with neighbour at ..." or "If out, leave on the porch".
If you are unable to be in to receive your parcel but have not included delivery instructions, DPD will leave a note and attempt to leave your parcel with one of your neighbours. If they are unsuccessful, your parcel will be brought to the nearest DPD Pickup Shop. Again, the driver will inform you of this by leaving a note. Your parcel will be available for pick up at the DPD Pickup Shop for seven (7) working days, before being dispatched back to us.
Please note: It is not possible to have your parcel delivered to a PO Box.
DPD offers you the possibility of changing certain aspects of your delivery, such as the delivery date or adding delivery instructions. The inflight options can be used prior to delivery or after a first, unsuccessful delivery attempt. You can make changes to your order using the DPD Inflight options. If no additional information is given, a second delivery attempt will be pursued. If this attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be taken to the nearest DPD Pickup Shop.

Delivery to DPD Pickup Shop
If you would prefer to pick up your parcel, you can do so using one of the DPD Pickup Shops. Once your parcel has arrived at the Pickup Shop, you will receive an email or text message. All you need is a valid ID to be able to pick up your parcel. Should you want someone else to pick your parcel up for you, please provide them with a copy of your ID.
After checkout, you will receive an email with all of the necessary details and a summary of your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a second email with a DPD tracking link, which will allow you to track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your front door. Finally, DPD will send you an email on the day of delivery with an indication of the time at which your parcel will be delivered.
What happens if the tracking link shows the parcel has been delivered but I cannot find it?
First of all, make sure the driver did not leave a note stating that your parcel has been delivered elsewhere (such as a DPD Pickup Shop or at a neighbour's). If this is not the case, please contact our customer service team.
Orders under £59 have a delivery charge of £3.95 incl. VAT.

International Delivery Information
It is possible to have your parcel delivered to an address outside of the UK. Our international delivery charges are calculated in the shopping basket, based on the number of parcels needed to dispatch your order and the delivery address. A delivery surcharge is incurred for deliveries to remote areas, both internationally and in the UK. Please refer to the delivery table below for our delivery charges and remote area surcharges, per parcel, based on the country your order is being delivered to.

The definitive delivery charge will be stated on the confirmation page in the shopping basket, prior to completion of the order.
Orders placed on working days before 4pm and paid for using PayPal, credit or debit card will be dispatched the same day, subject to availability. Your parcel will be delivered within 2-3 working days at the provided address or the chosen DPD Pickup Shop. If (part of) your order is not in stock, your order will generally be dispatched within two working days. We aim to dispatch all orders within the estimated dispatch time stated on each individual product page, such as "Orders before 4pm are dispatched in one working day" or "Estimated dispatch in 5 working days".
Normally, we do not split up items in one order but dispatch it once it is complete. If one or more items have an extraordinarily long delivery time, we will split the order into two shipments. If this is the case we will inform you about the order being dispatched in separate shipments.
