All orders placed on Vetsend before 8pm will be collected from our warehouse the same day. Deliveries within the UK are made by Yodel. Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email that includes a tracking link, allowing you to track your order as it is on its way to you. After dispatch, your parcel will be delivered to the specified address within three days (Monday through Saturday).
Delivery to Address
Deliveries within the UK are made by Yodel to the provided delivery address within 2-3 working days, subject to availability. Yodel delivers parcels from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Saturday. You will receive a text message from Yodel with the expected time and date of delivery.
If you are unable to be in to receive your parcel, Yodel will attempt to leave your parcel with one of your neighbours. If it is not possible to leave your parcel with one of your neighbours, Yodel will leave a note that includes the phone number and online page link of Yodel’s Customer Service Team. You will then be able to schedule a delivery attempt within 5 days. It is also possible to change the delivery address for a second attempt, using the online page link. If a new delivery is not planned within 5 days after the first delivery attempt, a second delivery will be made automatically.
Please note that Yodel will attempt three deliveries before sending your parcel back to one of their 57 pickup points. If the parcel is not picked up from one of the pickup points after 15 days (and three delivery attempts have been made), your parcel will be sent back to our warehouse.
Please note: It is not possible to have your parcel delivered to a PO Box.
Yodel offers you the possibility to change your delivery address after a first, unsuccessful delivery attempt. This can be done by using the provided online page link that Yodel will offer after a failed delivery attempt.
After checkout, you will receive an email with all of the necessary details and a summary of your order. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a second email with a Yodel tracking link, which will allow you to track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your front door. Finally, Yodel will send you a text message on the day of delivery with an indication of the time at which your parcel will be delivered.
What happens if the tracking link shows the parcel has been delivered but I cannot find it?
First of all, make sure the driver did not leave a note stating that your parcel has been delivered elsewhere (such as at your neighbour's). If this is not the case, please contact our customer service team.
Orders under £59 have a delivery charge of £3.95 incl. VAT.

International Delivery Information
It is possible to have your parcel delivered to an address outside of the UK. Our international delivery charges are calculated in the shopping basket, based on the number of parcels needed to dispatch your order and the delivery address. A delivery surcharge is incurred for deliveries to remote areas, both internationally and in the UK. Please refer to the delivery table below for our delivery charges and remote area surcharges, per parcel, based on the country your order is being delivered to.

Orders placed on working days before 8pm and paid for using PayPal, credit or debit card will be dispatched the same day, subject to availability. Your parcel will be delivered within 2-3 working days at the provided address. If (part of) your order is not in stock, your order will generally be dispatched within two working days. We aim to dispatch all orders within the estimated dispatch time stated on each individual product page, such as "Orders before 8pm are dispatched in one working day" or "Estimated dispatch in 5 working days".
Normally, we do not split up items in one order but dispatch it once it is complete. If one or more items have an extraordinarily long delivery time, we will split the order into two shipments. If this is the case we will inform you about the order being dispatched in separate shipments.
