What if the Halti Anatomy Harness does not fit?

To check if the product fits, you may remove it from the packaging and hold it next to your pet. This allows you to check for fit. For hygiene reasons, you cannot return the product if it has been in contact with your pet. If it is returned stained, worn, containing hairs, smells, or has been washed, the product will not be sent back to you. Instead, it will benefit a local charity (local shelter). As we often deal with products not returned in new condition, we unfortunately must enforce these rules for trying and/or returning products.
