How can I place a reorder?
Choose your favorite products for a reorder and set your preferred delivery frequency. Then go to your shopping basket and select your preferred payment method. Once you’ve entered your details and completed the payment, all that’s left to do is wait for your order to arrive! For all future reorders, you’ll receive an email with a payment link.
What are the benefits of a reorder?
With a reorder, you’ll never have to worry about running out of your favorite products again. Plus, you’ll enjoy a 6% discount on every order.
If three consecutive reorders go unpaid, the reorder will be cancelled automatically.
What happens after my first reorder?
Ten days before your next delivery, you’ll receive an email from us with information about your upcoming order. Seven days in advance, you’ll get another email with a payment link. Once payment has been completed, you’ll see a confirmation on the thank-you page, and your order will be delivered on the date you selected.
Can I place a reorder without an account?
No, an account is required to place a reorder.
Adjusting & Cancelling
Can I add products to my reorder?
Yes, this is possible! You’ll receive an email as your next reorder approaches. This email will let you know that you have three days to contact our customer service team if you’d like to add any extra products.
How can I adjust the product quantity and delivery frequency?
You can update the product quantity and delivery frequency in your account. If your order has already been processed, the changes will apply from the next scheduled delivery onwards.
What should I do if I run out of a product sooner than expected?
If you run out of a product earlier than planned, you can use your account to send the next reorder immediately. You’ll then receive a payment link right away, and the order will be processed once payment has been received. The next delivery date will then be calculated based on the most recent shipment.
Can I remove products from my reorder?
Yes, you can remove products from your reorder through your account.
How can I pause or cancel my reorder?
Would you like to pause or cancel your reorder? This can easily be done through your Vetsend account. There are no additional charges for doing so.
Shipping & Delivery
How do I know when my order will be delivered?
Ten days before delivery, you’ll receive an email from us with the expected delivery date. This way, you’ll know well in advance when to expect your order. You can also find this information in your account at any time.
What if I won’t be home, for example during a holiday?
If you aren’t home, for example, due to a holiday, you can choose to skip the next delivery. This can easily be arranged through your account.
What if my product is out of stock?
Sometimes your favorite product may be temporarily out of stock. In this case, the reorder will be skipped once, and you’ll receive an email from us informing you of the situation.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping costs within the UK are £4.50 incl. VAT. This rate applies to the mainland only, additional charges may apply for remote areas. For orders shipped to Scotland, an additional £4.00 will be charged.
Can I choose a different delivery date?
Yes, you can change the delivery date through your account or choose to have the order shipped immediately. If you change the delivery date, this will become your new delivery frequency.
What if my product is no longer available?
If your favorite product is no longer available, the reorder will be cancelled and you’ll receive an email from us.
Can I change my billing and delivery address?
Yes, you can update your billing and delivery address in your account. If an order is already being processed, the changes will apply from the next order onwards.
Payment & Pricing
How can I pay for my reorder?
You can pay for your reorder using your preferred payment method, either Credit Card or PayPal. For each upcoming reorder, you’ll receive an email with a payment link. You can also choose to pay for your order directly through your account.
Can the amount of my reorder change?
Since product prices may fluctuate, it’s possible that the total amount differs from previous orders. You can pause or cancel your reorder at any time if you wish. If your product is on offer, the discount will of course be applied to your order!
What are the available payment methods?
At Vetsend, you can pay using Credit Card or PayPal.
What happens if I don’t pay for my reorder?
Sometimes you may forget to complete your payment. Two days after the initial email, you’ll receive a payment reminder. If the order remains unpaid, you’ll get another reminder after four days. If payment is still not made, the reorder will be skipped once on day six. We’ll notify you of this via email.
