Delicious kibble for my cats. Their stools also smell less. I first mixed it with the old kibble I still had!

Product Description
Hill's Science Plan - Feline Mature Adult - Sterilised - Chicken
Sterilised and castrated older cats are at a higher risk of becoming overweight and developing urinary tract problems. Hill's has developed Feline Mature Adult Sterilised especially for them. The dry food contains chicken as well as magnesium and phosphorus. These minerals support the health of the urinary tract. To reduce the risk of becoming overweight, the dry food has a reduced energy content. In addition, L-Carnitine and L-Lysine have also been added to the food. These two amino acids increase the conversion of fat to energy, reduce fat storage and promote the maintenance of the muscle mass.
For castrated and sterilised cats up to the age of 6, we have Hill's Science Plan - Feline Young Adult - Sterilised.
Features
- Precisely balanced nutrition tailored to meet the needs of neutered cats
- This unique formula has added L-carnitine proven to help cats stay lean and active

Cats with an opinionBy Xandernl, Saturday 4 July 2026Hill's Science Plan Sterilised Cat - Mature Adult 7+ - Chicken - 1.5 kg
I had the chance to try this product with my 3 cats. They are of different ages and a mix of indoor/outdoor cats, but all three didn’t seem very impressed with the kibble. After several days of mixing it in, they barely ate any. They didn’t seem to enjoy the taste or smell. The design and packaging are sturdy and easy to divide and store.

Very picky cat, but great kibbleBy Jitsbrecht, Friday 3 July 2026Hill's Science Plan Sterilised Cat - Mature Adult 7+ - Chicken - 1.5 kg
My cat was allowed to try these kibbles. I knew she was very picky, but I didn’t expect her to completely refuse to eat them. I followed the transition schedule properly, but she picked out the old kibbles and left these alone. And I thought the kibbles had a nice texture, good size, and a pleasant smell. After contacting the intermediary, I received helpful tips from Hill's to get her to eat them. Mixing with wet food and/or moistening with lukewarm water eventually got her to eat. I’m slowly reducing this and so far it’s going well, so I hope she keeps eating them properly. That would be much more practical with the feeder I have, which I can’t use at the moment. She also seems to have become more active, so the kibbles are having a positive effect. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that she continues to eat them well and lives a long life because of them.

Very satisfiedBy Wendyvh89, Thursday 2 July 2026Hill's Science Plan Sterilised Cat - Mature Adult 7+ - Chicken - 1.5 kg
At first, the cats didn’t like the kibble. I mixed it with the old food I still had, and then they ate the kibbles 🥰 I’ve noticed that their stools smell less. They do get full quickly from these kibbles,

Orangina's New Favourite!By Tonny Nikkelen, Tuesday 30 June 2026Hill's Science Plan Sterilised Cat - Mature Adult 7+ - Chicken - 1.5 kg
Orangina was chosen to test this food. At first, it took some getting used to because she ate much less than with her cheaper kibble. Orangina simply got full much faster. Orangina is 11 years old and had been struggling for a while to jump onto the bed, so she was given a little step, and since then she hadn’t jumped on or off the bed. Nowadays, she’s much fitter and jumps on and off the bed again. It seems her muscles and joints are much better supported, and as a result, she feels several years younger.
