What if the product does not fit?
To check whether the product fits, you may remove it from the packaging and hold it next to your dog. This allows you to check whether it is suitable. For hygiene reasons, you may not return the product if it has come into contact with your dog. If, upon return, we find that the product is stained, worn, contains hair, smells dirty or has been washed, the product will not be returned to you. It will then be donated to a good cause, namely a local animal shelter. As we are often faced with products that are not returned in new condition, we are unfortunately obliged to apply these rules for trying on and/or returning products.
