Directions for use
The first 7 days you can administer a double dose. Iso-Forte should be used for a minimum of 14 days to see results. It is important not to give this product at the same time as other medicines or supplements. Psyllium fibres have a strong absorbing capacity and may affect the absorption of these products. Therefore, give it preferably with an interval of at least 1–2 hours before or 2–3 hours after administering other medication or health products.
