Onlinepets was founded in 2008 and was one of the first companies in the Netherlands to offer a large range of veterinary medicines, nutritional supplements, prescription diets and care products for pets online. Today, Onlinepets operates across Europe through Medpets.be, Medpets.de, Vetsend.co.uk, Medpets.fr, Medpets.at, Medpets.dk, Medpets.es and Medpets.it.

We do everything under one roof. Our team consists of specialists across marketing and digital, logistics and customer service. If you have questions about a product or concerns about your pet’s health, we also have an in-house veterinary team, including a veterinarian and qualified veterinary nurses. Vetsend is growing

Over recent years, Onlinepets has grown significantly. With a range of more than 15,000 products, we support pet owners with one of the most extensive selections in the market. To increase our storage capacity and improve delivery speed, we moved in 2021 to a new warehouse of 11,000 m². This allows us to dispatch orders even faster.

Sustainability

We are committed to protecting the planet and reducing our environmental impact. Sustainability plays an important role in how we work. That’s why we actively strive to reduce our CO₂ footprint. For example, our new packing machine helps us save up to 38% on cardboard, and we work with carriers that focus on the greenest possible delivery options.

In addition, every month we donate products that can no longer be sold to Stichting Dierenlot. This helps reduce waste and supports animals in need.
