Arcadia EarthMix is an entirely natural substrate that is suitable for reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates in any type of enclosure. The mix includes minerals from volcanic rock and worm compost, making it immediately rich in nutrients. The correct ratio of organic material to minerals makes the substrate safe to use and free from unnatural particles. EarthMix supports strong plant growth and is developed for bioactive systems according to the Wild Re-Creation theory. It can be regularly misted for species that need higher humidity or only locally misted for species from drier areas. Due to its loose structure, animals can tunnel, dig, and display natural behaviour.
