Arcadia EarthMix-Arid is specifically formulated for species from dry and semi-dry environments and contains the same organic base as EarthMix, enhanced with organic volcanic rock. This addition improves drainage and increases the mineral content without the risk of clogging. The mix includes worm compost and plant-friendly nutrients. With 30% volcanic dust, the substrate offers a higher mineral content that matches natural conditions. EarthMix-Arid is suitable for desert, steppe, and woodland edge terraria and can be used without additional additives. Thanks to its fine structure, it is ideal for terrascaping and creating natural arrangements. The substrate promotes natural burrowing behaviour and supports reptiles, amphibians, and plants alike.
