    Back-2-Nature Bedding

Back-2-Nature is bedding for your small pet's enclosure. More than 99% of this environmental product consists of recycled paper, without any added chemicals. The bedding does not form a lot of dust, but still is very well absorbent. If the fibres come into contact with fluid, they do not crumble. Back-2-Nature bedding helps prevent bad odours and is economical in use. Ideal for use in, for example, rabbit, rodent, ferret, reptile and bird enclosures.

    Use

For rabbits and rodents, it is advised to use a layer of 8 to 10 cm. For other mammals, reptiles of birds, you can put a 2 to 4 cm layer on the bottom of your pets enclosure. If your pet does not accept the pellets at first, you can put a little of your old bedding on top of the Back-2-Nature pellets and lessen the amount of old bedding gradually.

  • The granules are ideal for rodent corner litter trays.

    Back-2-Nature Bedding - 30L

The granules are completely dust-free, highly absorbent, made from recycled paper and safe for little paws. The granules don’t stick, which makes regularly cleaning the litter trays much easier. Just empty, wipe over with a cloth, and you’re done. No more damp, sticky urine spots or corners. I also use the granules as an extra layer on the larger platforms for my male rats. As the granules are made from recycled paper, they are safe and soft for paws. However, they aren’t very comfortable or fun to dig in or make a nice warm/soft nest from. (For that, you can add an extra layer of shredded paper.) Biodegradable, so you can simply throw it in the green waste bin or on the compost heap. 🌏👌🏼
