What if the cat life jacket doesn’t fit?

To check whether the life jacket fits, you may remove it from the packaging and hold it next to your pet. This helps you see if the size is right. For hygienic reasons, you may not return the jacket if it has come into contact with your pet. If we find on return that the jacket is soiled, worn, contains cat hair, smells unpleasant, or has been washed, the product will not be sent back to you. Instead, it will be donated to a local animal shelter. Because we frequently receive returned products that are not in new condition, we must unfortunately apply these rules when fitting and/or returning the life jacket.
