What if the Bia Original Mattress doesn't meet your expectations?

Due to hygiene reasons, you're not allowed to return the mattress if it has been in direct contact with your dog. If we notice dog hairs, stains or smells on the returned product, the product will not be returned to you. Instead, the product will be donated to a good cause, for example a local animal shelter. Since people often return products in a damaged state, we now apply these rules to prevent products from being returned after they've been used.
