Hygiene
You may not return this product for hygienic reasons if it has come into contact with your pet. If, upon return, we find that the product is stained, worn, contains cat hair, smells dirty or has been washed, it will not be returned to you. It will then be donated to a good cause, namely a local shelter. As we are often faced with products that are not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to apply these rules for trying on and/or returning.
