How it works

Dermiel Wound Ointment is based on honey and essential oils. The basic ingredients of the ointment soften the skin and protect it from drying out. Dermiel Wound Ointment contains honey with a very high enzyme content. These enzymes have a cleansing effect, ensuring that irritated wounds are cleaned quickly. The low pH creates a wound healing environment and the pure, natural essential oils help restore the irritated skin and support the healing process.

Use

• If necessary, clean the wound with water and leave to dry or gently pat dry
• Liberally apply the ointment to the wound 2 to 3 times daily
• When dealing with irritated skin, massage the ointment in well
• Do not cover small wounds
• Cover larger wounds with a gauze and fix in place using a bandage.

Composition

Honey, essential oils, cetostearyl alcohol, sodium lauryl sulphate, isopropyl myristate, paraffin and white Vaseline.
