To make sure the Dogoptics Dog Sunglasses fit, you're allowed to take the glasses out of the packaging. You can check if the glasses fit by keeping the jacket next to your dog's body. Because of hygienic reasons, you're not allowed to return the glasses if they have been in direct contact with your dog. If we notice dog hairs, stains or smells on the returned product, the product will not be returned to you. Instead, the product will be donated to a good cause, for example a local animal shelter. We apply these rules to avoid products being returned after they've been used.
