Fokker Dog Age-Care
Fokker Dog Age-Care is a complete food specially formulated for older dogs from approximately 7-9 years of age. Its composition is tailored to the changing nutritional needs of the senior dog and helps to prevent excess weight gain. The food contains salmon oil as a source of omega 3 fatty acids to support healthy skin and a glossy coat. Glucosamine and chondroitin support the cartilage and joints. In addition, prebiotic fibres have been added, such as FOS, which support the intestinal flora.
