Grandorf Veterinary Diet Dog - Gluten & Grain Free - Gastrointestinal Low Fat
Grandorf Gastrointestinal Low Fat is a complete dietetic food for dogs that benefit from a low fat content, for example in cases of impaired fat metabolism or digestive problems. This grain-free and gluten-free food contains easily digestible turkey as the only animal meat protein source and just 7% fat. Prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics contribute to healthy intestinal flora and psyllium supports normal bowel function. In addition, the food contains salmon oil and algae oil as a source of omega 3 fatty acids and a herbal blend including chamomile and passion flower, which may contribute to greater calm and relaxation.

Suitable for
Dogs that need a low-fat diet or could use extra digestive support, for example in cases of:
- Acute or chronic pancreatitis, including when this has occurred previously
- Reduced production of digestive enzymes by the pancreas (EPI)
- Lymphangiectasia, a condition in which the absorption and transport of fats via the intestines may be impaired
- An increased fat content in the blood (hyperlipidaemia)
- Acute or chronic diarrhoea
- Excessive bacterial growth in the small intestine (SIBO)
Not suitable for
- Puppies and growing dogs
- Pregnant or lactating bitches
- Dogs with a known hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients
Usage
It is recommended to consult a veterinary surgeon before use. Feed Grandorf Gastrointestinal Low Fat for up to 2 months, or longer in consultation with your veterinary surgeon. Follow the feeding advice on the packaging and adjust the amount to the weight, condition and needs of your dog. Always ensure there is plenty of fresh drinking water available.
