Product Description
HorseFlex Psyllium
Is your horse a true grazer or does he regularly suffer from sand colic? HorseFlex Psyllium is the supplement you need! This dietary supplement based on 100% psyllium, from the plant Plantago Ovata, helps with the disposal of sand out of the gastrointestinal tract by forming a jelly-like sticky mass in the intestines. Sand will adhere to this mass and be removed through the stool.
Properties
- Dietary supplement to support the gastrointestincal system
- Perfect for ponies and horses that (unknowingly) eat sand
- Contains 100% psyllium seeds
- Efficiently removes sand from the intestines
- Free from added suggars, colourings, flavourings and aromas
Use
It's recommended to feed psyllium for 7 days straight every 4 weeks. HorseFlex Psyllium can be given both wet and dry with your horse's daily meal. If you give psyllium wet, it should be made into a paste and given directly with the daily meal. Note: don't leave the paste out! The binding effect of psyllium starts immediately.

My Shetlands still love it!By Emmie, Saturday 20 June 2026HorseFlex Psyllium Seed Refill - 5kg
Very nice product and my Shetlands also really enjoy the crunchy psyllium husks in their balancer! I use it regularly to make sure there isn't too much sand left in their intestines. So far, it’s working well.
