Horsefood Sand-Free Mix is a 100% natural supplement with psyllium seed to support the natural removal of sand from the digestive tract of horses and ponies. Horses grazing on poor or sandy pastures can unknowingly ingest sand while eating. Sand-Free Mix helps remove this sand and thereby supports healthy intestinal function and digestion.

Suitable for
Horses and ponies that ingest sand while grazing or feeding and may need support with the natural removal of sand from the intestines.
Usage and dosage
Give Sand-Free Mix during the period in which a horse or pony is receiving feed or pasture where a lot of sand is ingested, for 7 to 14 days. It is important not to give it at the same time as other medicines or supplements. Psyllium seed has a strong absorptive capacity and can therefore affect the absorption of these products. For that reason, preferably allow at least 1 to 2 hours before or 2 to 3 hours after administering other medication or health products.
