Because of hygienic reasons, you're not allowed to return the the product if it has been in direct contact with your dog. If we notice dog hairs, stains or smells on the returned muzzle, the product will not be returned to you. Instead, the product will be donated to a good cause, for example a local animal shelter. We apply these rules to avoid products being returned after they've been used.

After consulting with the vet and puppy course trainer, I bought this for my Rottweiler puppy who tries to swallow everything. Now 9 months old and unfortunately not just a phase. With a calm, gradual introduction, he tolerates it so far, but if he really wants to, he peels it off in seconds. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it for aggression/biting issues, but it’s suitable as an anti-eating device if your dog tolerates it after a proper intro. The buttons of the anti-eat flap come off too easily when sniffing, so I ended up gluing them. After 4 months, the flap broke and without it, the product is no longer fit for anti-eating purposes. In my case, not such a problem, as my growing pup already needs a new size, but for an adult dog, I find less than six months’ durability insufficient for the price.
