ICF Tris-NAC

Tris-NAC effectively cleanses the ears of dogs and cats and is particularly supportive in dealing with persistent ear issues. Thanks to its powerful combination of Tris-EDTA and N-acetylcysteine (NAC), this product helps disrupt biofilms and makes the ear less attractive to undesirable microorganisms. It is ideal for aiding with chronic or recurrent ear problems and is suitable for use along with ICF Otodine; apply Tris-NAC before using Otodine.

Usage

Tris-NAC comes in two separate compartments (bottle A and cap B) which should be mixed before use. The mixed solution remains effective for 50 days. Before first use:

• Remove the cap from bottle A (Tris-EDTA)
• Remove the plastic seal from cap B (NAC)
• Securely screw cap B on bottle A
• Push cap B down until you hear a click, releasing the NAC
• Shake the bottle firmly for 5 - 10 minutes! Then remove cap B
• Pour a small amount into a clean dish
• Use the applicator to draw up the correct dosage

Application in the Ear Canal

Inject the solution into the ear canal, cover the ear canal with the ear flap, and gently massage the base of the ear. Allow to absorb for 3-5 minutes and then remove any excess solution with a cotton pad. Can be used along with ICF Otodine. Apply Tris-NAC prior to administering Otodine.

• Small dog/cat: 1 ml
• Medium dog: 2 - 3 ml
• Large dog: 3 - 5 ml

Application on the Skin

Directly apply to the skin, ensuring coverage of the entire area. If needed, draw more solution or follow your vet's instructions. Let it dry, and reapply as necessary. Wait 10 minutes before applying any other products.
