Kasper Faunafood Anseres Duck Grain
Kasper Faunafood Anseres Duck Grain is a pure grain mix of whole wheat, cracked maize, sorghum and millet. The feed is suitable for various types of waterfowl, such as wild ducks, domestic ducks, ornamental ducks, geese and swans. This supplementary feed is given alongside a complete feed and may make up a maximum of 25% of the daily feed amount. Spreading the grain out preferably encourages waterfowl to display natural foraging behaviour. The grain mix also supports the function of the gizzard. For optimal digestion, it is recommended to offer gizzard gravel and grit alongside this feed as well. Grit also provides calcium to support the formation of strong eggshells.

Feeding guidelines
Provide alongside a complete feed, up to a maximum of 25% of the daily feed ration. Feed intake depends on the breed, age and weight of the waterfowl. Waterfowl may be fed without restriction. In winter, maintenance requirements are higher due to the absence of natural food and the lower outdoor temperature. Waterfowl living in a spacious outdoor enclosure with natural planting generally need less feed. Always ensure sufficient fresh drinking water. Also provide grit and gizzard gravel if these are not already present in the daily diet, so the grains can be properly ground in the gizzard.
