I had seen some negative reviews so did not know what to expect from this company but thought I would give them a try and am very glad I did. After placing my order I received a copy invoice but this was only for my records. Acknowledgement of my order was quick and it was received by the courier within a few days. The dog bed is exactly as pictured and described at a fair price. So far it is the only dog bed my puppy has not destroyed. Overall I am really pleased with the product and service and I will use again.
