Product Description
MalAcetic Aural for dogs and cats is an antibacterial and antifungal ear rinse that provides a mild but intensive cleansing action.
Use
Shake the MalAcetic Aural well before use. Apply to the ear and squeeze once firmly, so that the fluid enters the ear, then massage. Using a clean cloth, wipe away the excess wax from the ear being cleaned (never use a cotton bud). Repeat as needed or as directed by your veterinarian. Close the cap tightly after use.
Composition:
2% acetic acid, 2% boric acid, surface-active substances in an aqueous solution.

Very sharp/sharp smell. Despite it being a twist cap, I find it difficult to dose properly and something I've never experienced in about 30 years of having cats is that my cats start biting and scratching me when I try to put it in their ear. I feel like the drops bite so harshly into their ear canal that they react very strongly. The drops really seem to hurt them (and that with all 6 cats we have). You have to be very careful that the sharp drops don’t get into their eyes, and they throw up if any gets on their fur and they lick it. The cats dash under the table/go everywhere and are hard to handle, which is rarely the case with my Cornish Rexes (Rexes in general).
