Look after your dog with this unique Medical Pet Top from Medical Pet Shirt! The shirt has a cute zebra print and protects wounds and bandages in the chest, shoulder and neck area. This makes the shirt ideal to use after surgery or when your dog is experiencing skin issues. If necessary, a panty liner or gauze can be placed between the skin and shirt for extra protection and to keep the top clean. Different from the Medical Pet Shirt Dog, this top doesn't need to be removed when going for a walk. The shirt is made of a double soft cotton layer around the chest. The breathable and stretchy fabric allows the dog to breathe easily and makes it easy to put on. For an even more comfortable fit, you can adjust the strap as desired. Thanks to the constant pressure on the chest area, the shirt can also have a calming effect on your dog. In this way, the shirt can also be used in case of behavioural issues, excessive barking, travel and fireworks anxiety or thunderstorms. On the back of the shirt you'll find a pouch (L 12 x W 9 x H 3 cm) that can be closed, which can be used for portable infusion systems.

Size

To make sure you order the right size, it's important to measure your pet first. Read our article on measuring pets for some practical tips. The size of the Medical Pet Top Shirt is based on the distance between the collar and the middle of the back and chest. The sizes do overlap, so choose the smaller size when your pet is inbetween sizes.

What if the Medical Pet Top Shirt doesn't fit?

You can take the shirt out of its packaging and hold it next to your pet to see if it fits. For hygienic reasons, you're not allowed to return the product once it's been in contact with your pet. If the shirt looks worn, stained, smells or contains hairs upon return, we will donate it to a local charity like an animal rescue centre. We apply these rules to avoid products being returned after they've been used.
