How does it work?

Would you like to put your pet in the spotlight? Then take part in our Pet of the Month campaign!

Step 1

Take a fun photo with your pet, for example with the products from your order!

Step 2

Share the photo on social media and tag us or use #medpetsmoments

Step 3

Make sure you follow us on Instagram or Facebook, because only then will you be in with a chance of winning £86.64 shopping credit!

Terms & Conditions

How lovely that you have shared your Vetsend Moment on social media! With your photo or video, we can make even more pet owners and pets happy.

Have you shared your photo or video on social media? Then we first need your permission before we may use the photo. When we contact you, you can give permission by replying to our message.

By giving us your permission, you agree to the following:

• Sharing your photo via our various social media channels;
• Using your photo for online advertisements, our email newsletter and other online communications;
• Using your photo on our websites, such as medpets.nl, medpets.be, medpets.de, medpets.at, medpets.fr, vetsend.co.uk and any future websites;
• Using your photo in offline media, for example on flyers and banners;
• Are you or someone from your household in the photo? Then you also give permission for use in the ways mentioned above.

Please note: sharing your photo does not automatically mean that your entry will be selected as Pet of the Month.

Ownership

The photo you share with us will always remain your property, even after you have given permission.

Name credit

Where possible, Vetsend will mention your social media account, but we are not obliged to do so. Has something gone wrong with a mention? Please send an email to social@medpets.nl with the subject line ‘mention’. Let us know which social media account it concerns and on which page you saw the photo without a name credit by sending the URL and a screenshot of the page.

No permission / remove photo

Would you prefer that we do not share your photo on our channels? That is of course possible. You do not need to do anything. If you do not give permission after our message, we will not use the photo.

Have you already given us permission and would you like to withdraw it? That is of course possible! Send an email to social@medpets.nl with the subject line ‘no permission’. Let us know in the email which photo it concerns and send us a screenshot and URL. The photo will be removed as quickly as possible! If it concerns an email newsletter that has already been sent or offline communications, such as flyers or banners, the photo can unfortunately no longer be removed.

Usage agreement

• You grant Vetsend a non-exclusive commercial right to use and reproduce the content via the services or third-party services for commercial purposes. No restrictions or limitations are attached to this.
• Vetsend or third parties acting on behalf of Vetsend may use your work to create derivative works from it. In relation to this derivative work, you have no right to inspect or approve the work, the advertising text linked to it or the purpose for which it is used.
• You waive any claims to royalties in relation to your content or derivative works based on it.
