Given the price, I thought this would be a great quality replacement for the currently unavailable scratcher/lounger I've ordered for many years. Whilst the service from Vetsend was excellent, the product itself is disappointly light & flimsy; you can actually see through the cardboard structure. Our cat easily tips this over & scratched most of the way through it in less than a week. Would be ok for a small cat that wants a bed, not a scratcher. May as well have bought a £20 one from eBay.
