What if the PAIKKA Raincoat 2.0 does not fit?
To check if the raincoat fits, you may remove it from the packaging and hold it next to your pet. This way, you can assess its suitability. Due to hygiene reasons, the raincoat cannot be returned if it has been in contact with your pet. If we find upon return that the product is stained, worn, contains hair, smells dirty, or has been washed, it will not be sent back to you. Instead, it will be donated to a local shelter. As we often face products returned in less than new condition, we regretfully must enforce these rules for trying on and/or returning items.
