    Opening the flap is very poor; the cat has to push very hard with the side of her head to get the flap open, both going in and out. The magnet hangs neatly around her neck on a collar, so that’s not the reason the flap is so hard to open. I am therefore disappointed in the functionality for the cat. The functionality in terms of keeping other cats out is, as I expect, not really effective.
