What if the Pomppa Sportti doesn't fit?

To check if the coat fits, you may take it out of the packaging and hold it up against your pet. This allows you to check for the fit. Due to hygiene reasons, you cannot return the coat if it has come into contact with your pet. If we find upon the return that the product is stained, worn, contains hairs, smells, or has been washed, the product will not be sent back to you. Instead, it will benefit a charity (local shelter). As we often face issues with products not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to enforce these rules for fitting and/or returning.
