Usage and dosage
You can give Puur Omega-3 Cod Liver Oil directly into the mouth or mix it with food. Thanks to the convenient pump, the oil is easy to dose. As cod liver oil contains vitamins A and D, it is important to take the total intake of these vitamins into account. Do not combine the product with other supplements containing vitamin A or D without expert advice. Unless otherwise prescribed by the vet or therapist, the following daily dosage applies:

Storage
Store Puur Omega-3 Cod Liver Oil in a dry place, at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Keep the product out of reach of children. Use the cod liver oil within three months of opening.
