Rogz Lighthouse

Our glorious lab, Lottie, loves it beyond all measure…… It’s what gets her up in the morning… in fact any time of day that ‘someone will take me down for a swim and throw the lighthouse is fine with me!’ ‘The string bit means anyone can throw it further out in the water, and I can swim to grab it… also it’s easier to catch than a ball, which means I don’t inadvertently swallow too much sea water!’ Ten points xx

This is my second, having bought the first one over 10 years ago for one of my border collies to use on the beach. It's brilliant, it floats above the waves making it visible for dogs unlike most other beach dog toys.

The rope and ball came off after 5 minutes of chewing. Should be a thicker rope and a bigger ball to avoid swallowing too. For the price, you'd expect something more resistant.

Have purchased many of these swimming toys over the years; our boys love them. Getting more and more difficult to find so was very pleased to find Vetsend had them in stock. Off to the river!

Your dog will be able to get their mouth around this more easily than a ball, so a safer alternative when they want to fetch something from the water
