What if the Ruffwear Front Range Flex Collar doesn't fit?

To check if the product fits, you may take it out of the packaging and hold it next to your pet. This will help you determine if it fits. For hygiene reasons, you cannot return the product if it has been in contact with your pet. If we find upon return that the product is stained, worn, contains hair, smells, or has been washed, it will not be returned to you. It will instead benefit a charitable cause (local shelter). As we often face returns that are not in new condition, we must unfortunately enforce these rules for fitting and/or returning.
