After an operation to remove a lump from one of my cats chest they put a very hard tight plastic collar around his neck and head which he hated and he spent so much time trying to pull it off that he was getting very close to ripping his stitches he exhausted himself trying to get this thing off and ended up panting lying on his side exhausted this is when I decided there must be something else I can use and ordered the soft collar I was absolutely amazed he was very happy to have it on it doesn’t always stay up like a cone around the face it kind of looks a bit like a cape sometimes because it bend the other way and wraps over the shoulders and chest either way it worked and he was not stressed and he was happy and that was the main thing. So I would Thoroughly recommend putting a soft colour after an operation on your pet it’s so much better and so little stress for your animal.

What to do if the SoftE Smart Collar does not meet your expectations?
For hygiene reasons, the SoftE Smart Collar cannot be returned if it has come into contact with your pet. If we find that the returned item is stained, worn, contains animal hair, smells or has been washed after use, we cannot accept it as a returned item. In this event, it will be donated to a charity (local shelter). As we are often confronted with collars that are returned in a less than new condition, we have to apply these rules for fitting and/or returning products.
