I used these tablets for my cats who both have struvite crystals. One of them also had a nasty UTI. They were already on a high quality wet food and a little prone to getting an upset stomach with a change in diet. After doing my research, I went with this supplement, continued with their existing high quality wet food diet and added some hydration help/kitty soups to increase fluid intake. A few weeks later and crystals have reduced in number significantly. Note: the product suggests that you test your cat's urine PH after a little while on the product. We did this and both of their PH did not ever go below 6.5 but we persevered and it worked.

Administration
Use Anti Struvite for 5 to 12 weeks in cases of struvite stones, and up to 6 months in recurring cases. If your vet recommends extended use, it can be given long-term without issue. Always consult your veterinarian before use.

Bought it for my 10 years old ginger male cat who's developed struvite crystals and couldn't produce urine. The vet said I should strictly feed him with a special urinary diet food otherwise he would die soon. My cat is fussy, rather starving to death but he wasn't happy with 90% of the anti struvite urinary foods what i purchased. So i gave this tablet to him; followed by the dosing instructions on the label. I crushed some onto a powder and sprinkled the powder over his regular vet food. And finely chopped some and added the pieces again onto his regular dry food. He ate the tablets with no issues. Being on this special "diet" for about 3 months his crystals are gone and he can wee as any other healthy cat. It seems like this tablet is helped to my cat to dissolve struvite stones. The reason why I gave 4 stars is because the size of the tablet is huge (about 2 cm diagram) for a cat and stinks to my nose. But I can recommend this product.
