Feeding Instructions

In the first week of life, you may want to grind the feed slightly finer. Up to around 12 weeks of age, you can offer the organic chick grower mix freely and without restriction. Ensure that the chicks empty the feeder completely once a day to make sure they get all the essential nutrients and to prevent waste. From 12 weeks of age until the onset of laying, it is best to provide the feed in measured portions. During this stage, feed twice a day in quantities the chicks can finish completely within approximately six hours.
