What if the Woolly Wolf Nightless Night Collar does not fit?

To check whether the collar fits, you may take the collar out of the packaging and hold it next to your pet. This way you can check whether it fits. For hygienic reasons, you may not return the collar if it has been in contact with your pet. If, upon return, we find that the product is stained, worn, contains dog hair or smells dirty, the product will not be sent back to you. It will then be donated to a good cause (local shelter). As we are often faced with products that are not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to apply these rules for trying on and/or sending back.
